Having worked on both the client and engineering sides, Per offers a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. He has led large-scale revamps as well as greenfield projects and is trusted to deliver results on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Per also has significant experience establishing and scaling Project Management Office (PMO) functions, ensuring structured governance and high-impact project execution. He is known for building strong, collaborative teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
