With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Mikael has in-depth knowledge of the entire building process, from concept development to final handover. His background includes roles as a design consultant, client advisor, and contractor.
He has extensive experience conducting needs analyses for clients within electrical installations, covering both high- and low-voltage systems. He has contributed throughout design development, construction execution, and project completion phases. As an interdisciplinary design and project manager, he has collaborated closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are buildable, functional, and service-friendly.
Mikael has worked on projects of varying scale in Denmark and Greenland across sectors such as residential developments, shopping centres, transport hubs, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical production, and solar energy parks.
He also holds strong expertise in construction law, with comprehensive knowledge of the Danish AB framework, including AB18, ABT18, and ABR18. To maintain his professional standard, he participates in legal forums and serves as an expert witness and surveyor for the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Technological Institute, and the Danish Courts.
