Lena is a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading complex projects within pharma and oil & gas. She has strong expertise in protein purification, API production, PAT technology, and quality management, as well as sourcing and procurement.
She has managed cross-functional and multicultural teams on large-scale CAPEX projects, ensuring delivery on budget, scope, and quality. With her structured leadership style, global perspective, and ability to drive collaboration, Lena secures efficient project execution and lasting business value. She is known as a strong communicator, who leads with a contagious enthusiasm, and energizes her team to deliver.
Having worked on both client and supplier side, Lena offers an in-depth understanding of the critical aspects on project delivery. She has led parts of greenfield projects as well as brownfield.
Lena also has significant experience from Business Development and Sales, and brings both creativity and strong negotiation skills to the table, along with a deep understanding of the legal implications in a contract.
