Jens has 10 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry mainly within process development and large scale GMP manufacturing, both practically and theoretically. His main expertise is manufacturing of biologics, with a strong focus on manufacturing operation and technology including leading of operational manufacturing efforts for specific products.
He has managed transfer activities, facility startup / scaleup, handled major equipment changes and introduction of new technologies. Jens understands new processes exceptionally quick and uses his strong cross-functional communication, systematic mindset, and collaboration skills, to deliver effective and practical solutions to organizations.
