Jakub is a certified Project Manager with a strong engineering background. Educated in Chemical Process Engineering and Production Management Jakub spent his career performing projects for various industries like Automotive, Chemical and Pharmaceutical and being involved in a Grenfield, brownfield and in-house types of investments.
He has managed projects through all the lifecycle and stages from early definition through Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning processes to the successful handover, overlooking the Schedule, project economic (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) and scope.
Jakub helds Project Management Professional and PRINCE2 Practitioner certificates and considers good communication and adaptiveness (skillful tailoring) as key components of the successful project.
