Demir is experienced in both CAPEX and OPEX contract management, sourcing, and Procurement Excellence work. The experience is from several different industries including Biotech, Pharma, Facility Management and Beauty Consumables. He has run Procurement activities from end to end in both Denmark and the United States and has simultaneously worked on Procurement Excellence strategies in the CAPEX categories to improve global process standardization.
With a masters degree in engineering and hands on experience with all phases of the procurement processes, Demir will be able to assist you on projects in all shapes, sizes, and complexity levels.
