Demir has extensive experience within both CAPEX and OPEX contract management and sourcing across multiple industries, including Biotech, Pharma, Facility Management, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. He has led Procurement activities from end to end in both Denmark and on international projects and has simultaneously worked on implementing strategies in the CAPEX categories to standardize how larger projects should be managed.
He brings strong hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, expediting, change order management, and contract handover processes. In addition, he has substantial experience managing and negotiating framework and service agreements.
Demir possesses a strong toolbox to handle complex and large CAPEX projects, in which he excels with highly technical packages within laboratories, E&I, process equipment, enterprise systems and related areas.
With a Master’s degree in Engineering, and being one semester away from completing his Bachelor of Laws, combined with practical experience across all phases of the procurement process, Demir is well-equipped to support projects of varying size and complexity.
