Decades of procurement experience
At Alba we have many years of practical experience with suppliers across industries, i.e. the pharma industry, biopharmaceutical production, and medical device manufacturers, and we know the requirements for documentation when purchasing equipment.
We follow the market closely and are in dialogue with several suppliers (particularly in Europe) and know their competences and shortcomings.
We can help with assembly of the material for the tender phase, signing and follow-up of contracts, such there from start to finish is control of the supplier and security that the purchase will proceed as smoothly as possible. We can with our in-depth knowledge of most of the pitfalls and practical experience enter into and see through a CAPEX purchase successfully.
Contract management
When signing contracts between equipment suppliers and pharma manufacturers, it is important to find the right suppliers for the task at hand and ensuring that the requirements for the equipment are correctly understood by the suppliers.
It is difficult to cover every detail in the contracts, and it requires intimate knowledge of the conditions that may create uncertainty regarding the specific delivery, especially concerning functionality and documentation.
