Lars brings more than 25 years of experience in project, contract, and construction management, with a strong track record of delivering complex greenfield and brownfield projects for global companies. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Senior Project Manager, Work Package Owner (WPO), and Discipline Lead.
His technical and academic background includes qualifications as an Electrician, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSc EE), a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSc Software), and a Master of Project Management and Process Improvement (MPF).
With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, Lars has also worked within water and wastewater treatment, power generation, cement production, and digital transformation projects involving SAP, MES, and WCS systems. He brings a broad technical understanding and a collaborative approach to leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful projects.
