Alba Project Group was established in 2019 as a consultancy specialised in Project Management, Engineering and Procurement with a particular focus on production companies and the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2019, Alba Project Group has grown by consistently delivering our work Thoroughly, innovatively and as agreed.
In 2026, Alba Project Group consists of approximately 30 employees
with an average of 15+ years of experience and deep expertise in: Production, Operations, Facilities,
Processes, Project Management, Supply Chains, Procurement & Contracting, Electrical & Building
Systems and Sustainability.
